I like to pretend to make comic books in my free time, in truth I don't really make comics, most of the time I just create the idea and never follow through on it. Here collected are the one's I've actually gone past the planning stage. I do not pretend to make anything special, hell, they suck... they suck alot, and it shows how half-assed I've really done these. Although the ones I have actually put thought and real work into are coming soon, so just wait a year or two more and they'll be finished. Mad World is basically just what I call whatever I do. What do I do? I'm not exactally sure, to tell you the truth. I like to pretend I draw comic books, so what I do is pretend to tell stories about a world where everything has gone wrong.

Mad World started as Deadhappy, who you can see to the left there, with the white skin and white hair. Deadhappy was never finished and the character simply became the Logo (red smiley with X's for eyes) and later again the character emerged. But it never worked. So Deadhappy became Deadhappy.Org, an online website dedicated to proving the existance of ghosts. Of course this never was a real website, but the website Bran Wiloby created, a character in a comic I had been writing. With the name Deadhappy once again being used, when I started developing more ideas with no publications group to put them under, I created the town of Coleville. Colleville Comics lasted all about 10 minutes. I was watching Donnie Darko one night when this song came on towards the end, it was called, what else, Mad World.
With the lyrics "the dreams in which I'm dying are the best I ever had", "look right through me" and "no tomorrow" it was the exact definition of what I had trying to create for years. Mad World grew from just Deadhappy to include Adventures of Aimsley and Hail to the King. Over time more and more ideas came flooding in that could fit under both the Coleville and Mad World banners.
